As part of our efforts to address GBV, NEWA Ethiopia in collaboration with USAID – US Agency for International Development, and Mums for Mums, conducted a five-day activity on the trauma-informed intervention of women in Mekelle City. The activity has engaged diverse women from 6 zones in the Tigray region who are activists and front-line workers in combating GBV and advocate for the meaningful engagement and inclusion of women in peace-building processes. The activities will inform how to scale up three USAID support programs implemented in all regions except the Tigray region. USAID Ethiopia
