1. Prepare Letter of Request for membership, print it, sign,stamp it and scan. (it will be attached in the below form)
2. Prepare company profile in soft copy. (it will be attached in the below form)
3. Prepare your registration licenses in soft copy (scan them). (it will be attached in the below form)
4. Fill the below Membership Request Form and attached the above documents (1-3) to it and submit
5. Done!
