NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT POLICIES – HOW TO GET MORE WOMEN WORKING IN ETHIOPIA (POLICY BRIEF)

While some national employment policies take gender concerns into account, most employment laws, policies, and strategies reflect limitations in incorporating specific workplace challenges faced by women. There is a need to introduce legal reforms and advocate for their implementation in order to increase women’s workforce participation.
