NEWA Ethiopia, in collaboration with Demo-Finland, provided post-election capacity building training on women’s political leadership On September 21 and 22, NEWA Ethiopia, in collaboration with Demo-Finland, provided post-election capacity building training on women’s political leadership and participation to women political party members in the Oromia region of Adama. 63 women from 13 different political parties attended the training. The goal of post-election capacity building training for female political party members is to increase women’s role in political party leadership and decision making.
