At Kal Integrated Community Development Organization (KICDO), we believe in a holistic approach to development. Our interventions are designed to address the root causes of poverty and inequality by focusing on three core pillars: Economic Empowerment, Education, and Social Well-being.
By establishing strong self-help groups, we foster a supportive environment where women can improve their saving habits and shift their attitudes toward sustainable income generation. Our goal is to ensure that the livelihoods of disadvantaged women are tangibly improved, enabling them to support themselves and their families
Our primary educational objective is to reduce school dropout rates among girls and children in our target districts. We implement monitoring and impact assessments to ensure quality service delivery that directly contributes to improved academic performance for orphans and vulnerable children. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn and thrive.
